Whole property for 22 guests l'ORÉE DE LA CITÉ
When both houses are rented together, the property accommodates up to 22 people, plus three infants. Each holiday home is fully equipped, with one house offering six bedrooms and three walk-in shower rooms, and the other offering four bedrooms and two walk-in shower rooms. Both are fully air-conditioned and heated, and bedrooms can be made up as king-size doubles or twins. The larger house includes a ground-floor bedroom and accessible shower room, and both houses have dining tables for up to 20. The estate itself is enclosed and secure, with coded access and free parking for up to ten vehicles, mature trees shading the grounds, a private swimming pool, and a barbecue area.
During July and August, the houses are only available as a combined rental, offering 10 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with exclusive use of the property and pool for up to 22 adults and 3 infants.

Option ménage fin de séjour et linge de maison 9 pers
Option cleaning and house linen 13 pers
This option is required. It includes end of stay cleaning €100 and all household linen: bed linen, 2 towels per person, bath mat, kitchen towels. 120€ The beds are ready on your arrival according to your instructions. On the other hand you must provide bath towels for the swimming pool , they are not provided.
The cleaning option does not exempt you from leaving the house correct when you leave, dishes clean and tidy, beds unmade, trash cans and empty bottles emptied. The management reserves the right to charge a supplement in the event of non-compliance with this rule.
Option ménage et linge de propriété 22 pers
Cette option est obligatoire. Elle comprend le ménage de fin de séjour 170€ et tout le linge de maison : linge de lit, 2 serviettes par personne, tapis de bain, torchons de cuisine. 120€ Les lits sont prêts à votre arrivée suivant vos instructions. Par contre vous devez prévoir les serviettes de bain pour la piscine, elles ne sont pas fournies.
L'option ménage ne dispense pas de laisser la maison correcte à votre départ, vaisselle propre et rangée, lits défaits, poubelles et bouteilles vides vidées. La direction se réserve le droit de facturer un supplément en cas de non respect de cette règle.
