The property has two independant self-catering houses, each with its own kitchen and full facilities, one with 6 bedrooms and one with 4. In the high summer season both houses are exclusively rented together and sleep up to 22 people.
The private estate has a gated entrance with secure parking for up to 10 vehicles. The grounds are shaded by mature trees with the swimming pool at the centre. The Medieval Cite of Carcassonne with all its restaurants and bars is a short walk away. The vineyards and river Aude are also directly accessible on foot from the gates of the property, giving fabulous views of the Pyrenees, the Black Mountains and the citadel. The modern town of Carcassonne, with its market, railway station and international airport, is just across the river.
